We work with a small number of stores that know their customers by name. Minimum order is twenty units across the range, with a sixty-day season on first orders so you are not carrying our risk.

How much is delivery?
Free anywhere in South Africa on orders over R1 000. Below that it is R95. Cape Town orders placed before 11h00 on a weekday go out same day. Rest of Africa is quoted at checkout and takes 5–10 working days.
What is your returns policy?
Thirty days from delivery, worn or unworn. Train in it, wash it, decide properly. Start a return by emailing hello@onepercent.co.za and we will arrange a collection. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching us.
How does the sizing run?
- Train pieces are true to size with a compressive fit — size down if you want it tighter
- Rest pieces (hoodie, crew, track pant) are cut boxy — take your normal size, or size up for a relaxed look
- Between sizes on a bra? Take the smaller one, the rib gives
- Still unsure? Message us your usual size in another brand and we will tell you straight
Do you ship outside South Africa?
Across Africa, yes. Further afield we ship to selected countries on request — email us and we will quote you before you order. Duties and import taxes are for the buyer.
What is the two-year guarantee?
If a garment fails because of how it was made — a seam, a zip, a print lifting — we fix it or replace it for two years. Wear and tear from actually using it is not covered, but send it in anyway; we repair a lot of things for free.
Where are your clothes made?
Cut and sewn by partner factories in Cape Town and Durban, from fabric milled in South Africa, Taiwan and Portugal. We visit our factories quarterly and will name them on request.
